All orders are processed within 5-15 business days. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns
All our pieces are individually handmade without molds, resulting in unique variations in color, size, or shape. These natural characteristics are the nature of precious materials and are part of our design process, making each item one-of-a-kind. Please note that refunds are not offered for these natural variations, so consider this before purchasing.
You have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order if the product is defective. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging in perfect condition.
